Job Description:

  • Deloitte is hiring for Recruiter – Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage, prioritize workload, and close the hiring needs of the business.
  • Partner with the hiring leads/project teams/managers/practice leads to understand the requirement.
  • Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand the need, develop plan for OB fulfilment.
  • Have data-based plan for building a candidate pipeline that keeps into account conversion and decline trend for their respective groups.
  • Timely updated and maintaining correct data in the respective recruitment databases/trackers.
  • Communicate progress to business coordinate ad hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress. Raise flags in time to ensure end objective is not compromised -e.g. panel availability, low conversion, high declines etc.
  • Research and gather market intelligence through portals/vendors and share it with the business.
  • Have strong relationships with the extended team for effective OB fulfilment e.g. CRM, sourcing, and OMG, BI etc.
  • Build strong relationships with the Consulting team and collaborate and contribute towards overall order board fulfilment of the practice.
  • Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders’ business leaders, hiring managers, vendors, candidates, SPS, etc.
  • Recommend tangible solutions to fulfill hiring needs of the business.
  • Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Have effective and impactful conversations with the candidates to ensure quick closure and good experience.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the recruiting processes and tools.
  • Effectively leverage technology wherever possible.
  • Ensure compliance to all requirements of the contractor process e.g. – accurate and timely filling of time, correct filing of expenses.
